How long does activation take?

Usually two to five minutes after paying. Occasionally it can take up to fifteen.

Can I pay for someone else's decoder?

Yes. Enter their smart card or IUC number and check the name we show before paying.

What if I enter the wrong decoder number?

We show the name registered to the decoder before you pay, so check it matches. If you've already paid for the wrong one, contact support straight away.

Do you charge extra?

No. You pay the bouquet price, and you earn commission on each successful renewal.
