Copy it carefully from your meter or bill. The token only works on that meter.

For prepaid meters the token appears straight away. Type it into your meter.
Questions people ask
How quickly will I receive my token?
Usually within a minute of paying, and almost always within two. Postpaid payments are applied to your account straight away.
Where do I find my token later?
It is saved with the payment in your transaction history, so you can copy it again at any time.
What if I enter the wrong meter number?
A token only works on the meter it was bought for, so double-check the number on your meter or bill before paying. If you've paid for the wrong meter, contact support straight away.
Can I pay for more than one meter?
Yes. Pay for each meter as a separate purchase, for yourself, family or tenants.
What is the difference between prepaid and postpaid?
Prepaid meters need a token, bought in advance, to load units. Postpaid meters are billed monthly, and you pay the bill amount.
